When: Friday, July 17th - Sunday, July 19th. Noon-6pm each day.

Stop by Found for a Make-n-Take Mini Totem ceramic bar + Pop-Up Art Show with Katie Bramlage during Ann Arbor Fair. Comb through "beach" of ceramic bits-and-bobs, then learn to tie it into your own personal mini totem. Drop in Friday, Saturday or Sunday between noon and 6:00pm to create with Katie. $40 per totem.
Note: The Ann Arbor Art Fairs downtown run Thursday, Friday, Saturday, July 16-18. But Katie will be here Friday, Saturday and SUNDAY.
Katie specializes in small-batch hand-built ceramics. Found carries some of her wonderful work year-round. For this show, she'll also bring new styles and colors for you!
Artist statement: Native to the Great Lakes region, Katie has long been a collector of natural wonders. Her work captures the essence of objects smoothed by time and water, blending physical geology with interior craft. This fusion creates what she describes as “swept ashore cave decor.” Since earning her BFA in Ceramics in 2011, Katie has balanced her artistic practice with community workshops, teaching her approachable, lo-fi hand-building style across Metro Detroit. Today, her ceramics are created in her Hazel Park studio and found in select galleries and shops.
