Shipping Policies

We ship twice a week from our Ann Arbor location.  Shipping and handling charges are calculated upon placing an order and are based on the weight of your items.  If you'd like to know how much something will cost, simply put it in your cart and enter your postal code. Press "calculate shipping" button and the cost should accurately show up in your cart. You will not be charged until you confirm and complete your order.

Rush Shipping
We will ship some items 2 day express mail at an additional charge. PLEASE email or call the shop to request rush shipping if needed.

Checking Order Status
Simply click on the "login" button at the top of the page and enter your email address and password. That will take you to your order history.
Since many of our items are handcrafted and/or contain vintage materials, it is important to read the descriptions carefully and note variations that make each peice unique.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone to alert us of the return, then repackage carefully and return the item no later than 14 days after purchase for a refund, or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days unless the item is defective.

Ordering items not listed on the website

We simply don't have time to list all the items found in the Ann Arbor store. If there is something you would like to order that you saw when you visited (or someone told you about), please email or call with a description.  If the item is still available, we would be happy to process an order for you!
