July 2026 happenings:
Happy July! We've got a busy month ahead!
JULY 3-5. Annual Red, White, Or Blue SALE. You'll get 15% off storewide on anything that has one of these colors: Red, White OR Blue.
Fourth of July. Found will be OPEN 9-4.
Wednesday, July 15th. Food Truck Rally returns to the @a2market from 5-8pm. Found will stay open til 8:00 that evening.
The @annarborartfair is Thursday through Saturday, July 16-18. That means Lemonade Days at Found - stop by the shop and enjoy cool lemonade and some treats in the afternoon during your Art Fair adventures.
July 17-19. Pop-up with Michigan artist @_katiebramlage Plus, drop-in Totem-making experience from Friday-Sunday between noon and 6pm. More about pop-up and totem here.
Thursday, July 30th - Ann Arbor Gallery Night in Kerrytown. Found's July "Art Bar" will sample things that can be used to embellish your journals. 5:00-8:00pm.
PAST EVENTS
Found's June 25th "ART BAR" will will focus on materials used for block printing and linocut printing.
When people see linoblock prints, they often exclaim: "Oh, I did this in school!" Linocuts are the friendliest kind of printmaking - they can be done anywhere, with just a few tools. We invite you to test out our basic printmaking supplies to explore how different gouges carve into mounted blocks and other materials and pick up a few tricks of the trade. Play with the all-inclusive Joyn Bloc Parti Kit, and leave with a tiny block print.
Disclaimer: this is not a workshop or class, rather a little opportunity to play with some tools and paper during the Ann Arbor Gallery Night. NOTE: all art supplies in the shop will be 15% off on Gallery Night.
Stop by for a bit, then visit all of the participating galleries, for an artful evening in Kerrytown!

Thursday, May 28, 2026. 5-8pm
The "Art Bar" at Found will be serving up WATERCOLOR supplies during the first 2026 Ann Arbor Gallery Night in Kerrytown. Stop by to sample luscious Viviva Watercolor Sheets, pans of paint, and yummy gouache, served up with variety of brushes on various watercolor papers.
Disclaimer: this is NOT a workshop or class and there will be no instructor. Plan to visit all 7 stops on the gallery walk this evening, including a drop-in to Found to try some of the watercolor supplies we carry. It's a good opportunity to try out brands you may not have used before. That evening, all art supplies will be 15% off.
