Join us at Found to meet one of our favorite artists and makers--Emily Frushour, watercolorist and founder of 37prime. An Ann Arbor native now living in the Lansing area, her creative practice is inspired by beloved local landmarks, places, lakes, and more. Come visit with Emily and learn about her artistic inspirations and processes as she demonstrates her watercolor techniques.
Perhaps she'll inspire you to create your own works... We'll have suggested supplies available for purchase so you can get busy painting in your own home studio!

Emily Frushour specializes in creating vibrant and delicate watercolors that embody
the spirit of beloved landmarks, lakes, regions, and more. She is a graduate of the Stamps School of Art & Design at the University of Michigan, now living and working in charming downtown DeWitt, Michigan. You can find her work in many independent shops throughout the state and view her entire collection on Etsy. A passionate advocate for the arts, she is active in community outreach & public art projects, including creating murals, seasonal window art, and the Lansing area’s first Free Little Art Gallery.
