Hooray for Red, White OR Blue!

Our family had a place on a lake for most of my life. Each Fourth of July weekend, about a hundred relatives and friends, along with a mannequin named Josephine (pictured above with her patriotic top hat) gathered to celebrate. Big and little cousins jumping off the raft, kazoos and a tuba, watermelon spitting contests, horseshoe tournaments, rides on the pontoon, fireworks, crazy elephant tricks, parades, plays, sunshine, fishing, lion hunts, sand castles, endless stories and shenanigans all shared a backdrop of red, white and blue.

Our Red, White OR Blue Special is a tribute to those bygone days. Through Sunday, you'll get 15% off anything with the color red, white or blue as part of it...

Even a tiny touch of one of those colors counts. Obviously a red backpack or blue tool box is included, but look closely and you'll find bits of red, white OR blue in almost everything in the shop. Since candles have WHITE wicks, they're ALL included. Most art supplies, stationery, prints also have one or more of those colors.  

The Ann Arbor Jaycees Fourth of July Parade will take place downtown Friday morning at 10am. If you're in town, that's a great way to start the day, then head over to Found! We’ll be OPEN on the 4th from 11–5 — one of the few shops open in the district, so if you're out and about, come wander and enjoy a little quiet Kerrytown charm.
