At this time, masks are required in store, and measures are in place for the safety of our customers and team as Covid-19 precautions.
Our firm rules for in-store shopping:
- Properly wear a mask or face covering
- Use hand sanitizer as you enter the shop
- Maintain six foot social distancing
- Keep children within your 6 ft circle
- Number of customers in store may be limited
If you prefer contactless shopping, order online to have purchases shipped or for Free Pickup at the store. After hours shopping appointments are also available by request.
For web orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal are accepted. In store, we also accept Apple Pay.
Shipping & Handling. Shipping is from our Ann Arbor location on weekdays. Charges are calculated based on the weight of your items and distance. If you'd like to know how much something will cost, simply put it in your cart and enter your zip code. Press "calculate shipping" button and the cost should accurately show up in your cart. You will not be charged until you confirm and complete your order.
Free pickup in store for online orders
On checkout, under Delivery, you'll see Shipping and Local pickup as options. Select LOCAL PICKUP (Found 415 N. 5th Ave). Once you receive confirmation that your purchase is ready, stop by during regular hours to pick it up. If you'd like contact-less curbside pickup, call 7344-302-3060 when you arrive and we'll be happy to bring your packages out to your vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE: USPS and other carriers are experiencing a bit of a package overload and under-staffing due to Covid-19. If at all possible select curbside pickup at checkout to ensure that you get your gifts under the tree in time for Christmas! We are getting packages out the door when received but cannot guarantee arrival time. There are known USPS issues with occasional packages not being scanned into system at busy hubs, so accurate tracking can not be followed. Please be patient in this unprecedented time.
Checking Order Status
Simply click on the "login" button at the top of the page and enter your email address and password. That will take you to your order history.
Since many of our items are handcrafted, it is important to read the descriptions carefully and note variations that make each piece unique. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone to alert us of the return, then repackage carefully and return the item no later than 14 days after purchase for a refund, or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days unless the item is defective.
Ordering items not listed on the website
We simply don't have time to list all the items found in the Ann Arbor store. If there is something you would like to order that you saw when you visited (or someone told you about), please email or call with a description. If the item is still available, we would be happy to process an order for you!
