Join us at FOUND to create your very own necklace and pair of earrings with a personal touch!
Using fun papers that we provide you, create your very own patera pendants to really make a statement! We'll provide kits with everything you'll need to create a beautiful necklace and pair of earrings - 30 inch chain that can be adjusted to whatever width you'd like, jump rings, patera findings, toggle and loops, the works! We will demonstrate the basics in jewelry construction, as well as provide tips on how to personalize your jewelry into one-of-a-kind pieces!
The Patera process was created by artist Becky Nunn of Nunn Designs. She has designed every aspect of the process to work together in a fun and easy way. She not only designed all of the findings herself, but she also developed Gel de Soleil, a gel resin that sets in UV light. We'll provide you with several different papers and transfer sheets that she's designed, and we'll show you how easy it is to transfer these onto patera findings.
What we will supply: 30" chain, patera findings, jump rings, toggle and loop clasp, Nunn Design earring kit (2 earring findings, and 2 glass domes) Gel du Soleil (the gel resin), glue, UV lights, paintbrushes, scissors, punches designed for patera findings, fun transfer sheets, jewelry pliers, a few yummy snacks and beverages, and a fun and supportive atmosphere to express yourself!
What you'll need to bring: Just yourself and an open mind!
What to expect: A fun night of learning the basics of jewelry construction, a creative atmosphere, and good times with some new friends!
